Please be reminded if you disable your account it will reset in 20 minutes.

Parent portal accounts automatically reset every 15 minutes.  If your account becomes disabled, please wait the full 15 minutes then select the "forgot my password" link on the login screen for an auto-generated password to be emailed to you.
